I would say:

composition too centered, and to much grass on the foreground,
dampers extended, it would be better if compressed,
wing not enough visible on the background.

camera settings are great for me (shutter speed just to avoid trees to be full blurred) and editing is very nice.

To me I think it's the color, or the exposure? I think it almost looks a little too pale or something. Not a bad shot at all though 👍
