0:20 The NSX cutted him
The NSX had completed the pass on the green civic at about 0:18. That's about as clean a pass as any on that turn. At 0:19 the green Civic taps the NSX in the bumper then at 0:20 the black Civic runs into the NSX. The initial tap from the green Civic is what slowed the NSX down enough for the black Civic to hit it.

You got me there. The driver of the black civic races with a controller. He was a little too close there...but no positions changed.
The Station Wagon hit him also on 0:56
This is true...but wouldn't you hit him if he just tried to pit maneuver you on turn 2 then pushed you out of your driving line on turn 3? I know the driver, that was most certainly retaliation for the previous stunts. He is one of the cleanest/fastest racers in the room and if he its someone that hard, it is intentional.

Both the wagon and the Civic were way out side the driving line. The NSX had the correct line and the Supra (me) was following it. The ghosting occured because the wagon bounced back into the driving line after hitting the Civic.
1:10 Don´t know if this was a punt or the NSX? braked too late
The NSX braked at the appropriate time but noticably before the Civic (watch the brake lights). Since the civic was inches from his bumper it resulted in a punt. You can't tailgate someone into a brake zone like that and not cause a punt.

Since I was in the Supra, I can assure you, he intentionally bumped me twice trying to get more track. I held the center of the track leaving plenty of room for him to run along side me. He bumped me once, he bumped me twice then I began to turn in for the kink in the road and he hit me a 3rd time trying to straighten out the kinks.

You're damn right I did! I saw most of what transpired during the race and considering he went wide on every other turn i ducked inside and figured I would occupy the inside of the track and push him out to see how he liked it.
Apparently he didn't enjoy being bumped around because the next turn he didn't brake. It looks as though he was attempting to punt me off track and missed.
Some amount of contact is to be expected on this narrow track. Light contact, that which does not cause ghosting or cars to fly off the track is generally acceptable but we all stick to GTP OLR and give back positions if there was too much contact.
For reference, here is a video of several of the same drivers from another night. Notice how everyone can run double-wide through many parts of the track without pushing each other into the dirt or ramming into one another. Sure, there is some contact, but no one goes off track due to someone else's actions. Furthermore, when inappropriate contact is made (the white 240rs for example), the driver causing the contact politely gives back the position. The only exception being baja in the miata on the 2nd hairpin. he hit the blue 300zx and caused him to spin out but did not back off. He was later removed from the room due to complaints as well.
