I only heard CSL's crash, I didn't see it so I had no idea how it started. Then, when I saw he was damaged, I hesitated to call out the caution because there were only 2 laps left.

BUT, then it hit me that we needed to practice these things anyway, so I called it out. Now, if we had more than 2 laps left, I would have made it a 2-lap caution so everyone could pit. If we had done that this time around, the race would have been over and the person first out of the pits would have won.

Nobody is getting special treatment, and don't expect there to be a lot of these cautions.

Yeah, we did a good job with the "bag of skittles" this season. 👍
 
Can any of you DFGT users out there, especially those using Wardez's tune (or a slightly modified version of it), post or PM me your wheel settings? Please include both the ones under wheel options and controller steering sensitivity in the Driving Options menu since from what I understand both have an effect. I noticed today I was entering corners slower than just about everyone else in the field, even though I was on a similar driving line. Trying to get to the bottom of why.
 
Glad to hear the division 2 race was moved to tomorrow. Now I'll be able to participate.

Sorry I can't make the preseason race tomorrow. I will be there next week for the season opener. I'm really looking forward to this season, I had a blast in FMSC3.

Haha I know but I can't race tonight so I figured I'd get a head start on practicing for next weekend, especially since I just did that DFGT brake pedal spring mod. Also, I figured half the group already raced yesterday.

I'm going to wait until I get to work to make the graphic. Using photoshop with a touchpad on a netbook is not my idea of fun. ;)

BTW, I have to make tonight Valentine's night, so I'm gonna have to skip tonight's race. :( :) :( :)

I got my passionate pink from buying a Lexus LFA :lol:. But I agree, less passionate pink cars. :trouble:
 
Everyone has to make at LEAST 1 pit stop. Now, depending on how many cautions there are (could be none) there may be plenty of time for everyone to make more than one stop. All comes down to strategy. ;)
