The thread was started to establish a list of WRS members who were going to compete in the GTA. There was never a stip that stated you had to use your GTP_ tag, just something other members could use to play off each other as PSN friends rather then deal w/ the limited PSN board.
There is no registration process, I have just been adding WRS members to the list so other members could populate there friend list for the competition.
