Imagine the front cover of Gran Turismo 5 is in all black and white except the two cars you pick and the holy words, "Gran Turismo 5 The Real Driving Simulator". The machines are perfectly parallel to one another, engines growling, tires ferociously spinning, and with a heavy scent of burning rubber in the air, smoke from the tires creates ghostly apparitions from the rear. The asphalt will both host and witnesses the race's glory, as will you...so which two cars do YOU see?


This is tough because I like so many cars....but I'd want to see a hot red Ferrari F-50 right beside a cool blue Corvette ZR1

Other matchup: a slick yellow an Lamborghini Murcielago VS. an orange Porsche 911 Turbo

My first thought: What about an Art Morrison Corvette v.s. a Nissan GT-R? To show the wide range of cars available in the game, or something like that. Maybe the GT-R should be replaced by something more extreme, like a Super GT GT-R?

Hey guys,

Been reading the forums for about a year now and finally got off my backside and registered.

Wouldn't it be great to see the famous Nurburgring battle on the front cover
Red GT-R v Blue Porsche 997 911 Turbo.

I'd personally be pretty dissapointed if Polyphony flaunted the NASCAR & WRC licenses on the front cover, forgetting the real GT.
 
I think GT covers have always been brilliant.

Most games always over do it by having too much going on or too much action. GT covers are always simple or artistic like.

But if I had to choose; VW Beetle vs Citroen 2CV

But to be honest I see a lot of personnel preference from everyone, I wouldnt be surprised if it was a all round car that everyone like again, the GTR, Ford GT, and Citroen GT, are all cars like by the majority.

I personally would like a porche 935 dp motorsport vs a nissan GTR Le mans

I really hope its not a drag race, that would ruin the artistic quality of what the covers always have been.

It will probably be a citroen GT body panel or a new super car coming out in the near future.

I feel if there's a tuner or something vs an exotic, or even if there's a muscle car on the front, the game would have a cover just like any other NFS game.

No, what the game needs is a beautiful car, preferably a concept car or a future model or something, something untouchable, exotic, but not customised by some guy for some other guy. It needs to be both engineered and designed, rather than first engineered, then designed, then engineered some more.
