Thanks for clearing that up but didn't need its own thread.

Even though im very much in the camp of all cars having cockpit view, this article is still no more clearer.
If it clears things up and stops every other thread being ruined by the cockpit argument then its very worth it.
Well, the main Reason I took this Interview So Seriously is because MeriStation Reporters have had way many Interactions, Interviews and Conversations With Yamauchi Since before GT4 had been Launched, As a matter of fact, they were invited to that Secret video they showed Only to the press like 8 Months Ago.

Translation: The only diference between The two types of cars lies on small details. Although Details in Standard Models are Outstanding, the meticulous and detailed design in Premium Cars reach levels never seen in car games. ''The only true Difference between both types of cars is the quality of premium car details, such as interior details, damage or dirt.
[/B]So there you Have it, I guess this thing solves the Cockpit View Discussion 👍

Thanks for the finding and link Chepu:tup:
From now on only the blind won't see closure in this debate.
Some piece of worthy information in a flood of useless and pointless regarding this subject in the last day![]()
Us blind people are the ones who don't go around making assumptions based on how we want something to sound. That article/translation is no clearer than anything else out there right now. Thanks for the finding and link Chepu:tup:

If that article is a 100% true, then I'm pretty damn sure we will see cockpit view in all cars, with a few exceptions for some of the concept cars.
I think an example of a standard model is the R34 Skyline in GT5 Prologue, which has interior and great overall details, but still far from the level of detail put into the premium models.
Forget "interiors", the detail on those is irrelevant. The question people want answering is, "Will all cars have a cockpit view/cam when driving?" Going by the way the direct questions were dodged, and responses like, "Do you mean black frame cockpit view?", it would seem that 800 of the cars will NOT have a cockpit view when racing. Not that I care as I hate that view anyway, but plenty of people will be upset if that's the case!Well, To explain you, In Spanish It clearly States that Premium Cars will Have More details in the interior. MORE DETAILS IN THE INTERIOR is not the same as having Interior details.
Its just that, Its harder for me to Explain it in English given it aint my native Language, Also I made the translation Myself 👍
Cool, one more copy on the shelf for somebody else to buy.It now seems there will be NO cockpit view for the 800 standard models after all. Which is a big enough let down to make me not buy the game.

I know, and I'll probably buy it by the time it's out anyway, but at this moment I don't want to. At this moment I just want to hate. Hate Kaz for setting the goal to make such a ridiculous amount of cars that only 20% of them are complete, and hate all the gaming websites for confusing me over and over the last two days...Haha, no one is going to believe that.
