I did a search, and couldn't find anything on this, if it already exists, then... my bad!

Here is a video of GT5's spectator mode, which I found by accident whilst looking for something else. It's dated 30th July 2010 on Youtube, so it is pretty recent. What do you guys think of it?

First time I see it in action, nice find.
Its a great idea, with 32 player server and only 16 racing at a time, you can have great championships and watch your teamates while you are not racing. Also it will be great for capturing footage. I hope you can go fullscreen without all the options and gadgets showing on the screen.

It would be really cool if you could freez the camera on one corner (of your choosing) so you can observe how everyone takes a perticular turn rather then just focusing on one car.

Ahh man this feature is going to be great I can see it now, Running night races like Initial D with 1 on 1 battles and with 14 cars parked on the track, and another 16 people being able to watch the action, Online is going to be the real deal.

Does anyone know what the symbols at the bottom and the top of the screen mean?

On YouTube, in the description, it claims that you can save the replays, with one of the buttons, I wonder if you can take photographs too?

Im pretty sure you can online photo sharing has been confirmed I guess when you save the replay you can go back and watch it and take photos.

Most online racing games have this...Forza for example, if a race starts and then you join the lobby you can spectate.
