Special Titanium Blue PS3 GT5 Bundle For Japan

Its just been announced that Japan will be getting a console bundle the 'Gran Turismo Racing Pack' which includes a special Titanium Blue 160GB PS3 and a Limited Edition copy of GT5. It will cost ¥35,980 ($421).

Its not clear whether this colour PS3 will only be for the GT5 bundle or if its launching with this game but will be available on its own at a later date. Also it doesnt seem to have any GT specific printing on it unlike the FFXIII, MGS4 or GT PSP bundle which is disappointing.

I don't know if Japan's limited edition is the same as EU collectors edition but it comes with the 308 page APEX book and 5 DLC cars (the stealth ones).

I hope a PAL PS3/GT5 bundle is announced soon as I have a couple friends that are waiting for GT5 to get a PS3 and keep asking me about it.
 
Should be popular in Japan I would think.

Hope they release a GT5 + PS3 + DFGT bundle here in the states. I need all of it haha
 
I absolutely love blue (my fav colour) but I'll admit that does look kinda ugly.
Maybe a metallic blue would look better. Or maybe a lighter shade?
I still think the white ps3 looks the nicest.
 
I like blue, it reminds me of the R34 Skyline.
 
I'm counting on an affordable bundle like this(since I don't own a PS3 yet), but not in that color please, thx. ;)
Black or white will do just fine. Also, a discrete GT print of some kind would be nice too. :)

Not that there's anything wrong with Tupperware... :)

But like I said in the Gamescom thread, I don't think it looks all that bad, but I was hoping for a carbon-fiber version...

I reckon it looks pretty funky and cool. 👍 I'd rock one in my living room, and would standout in comparison to all the silver and black electronics I have around the house!!

Also, you could get this + a 1TB drive and still be a fair bit cheaper than an Australian 250Gb version + GT5 SE. I'd think that you'd have enough left over for atleast a G25, maybe even a G27.
 
They need a bundle with POLYPHONY DIGITAL and Gran Turismo 5 logos on it. With maybe a signature from Kaz also! Also prefer something beside the blue, white would be better in my opinion.
 
I like it. I'm not going to get another PS3 unless they re-add backwards compatibility, but I like it.

It doesn't look not even good as the ugly black slim, but it's a special edition and that alone makes it attractive. I'm still waiting for a silver PS3 though.
 
I think it looks pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having one of those. I just wish I could afford it(that is if its released here in the US).
