That was on a track created by the course maker. It created a track with a huge jump in the middle of it and the cars just go flying over it. It's pretty funny.
These are awesome, thanks for sharing. I was able to make a course myself that no only had a jump, but the course made a turn right after it, really good for a laugh!

Yeah, I could try sharing it. My PSN ID is Mark17. In the friend request, just say something so I would know your not just some random person. It looks like after you add me as a friend, in GT5 go to where it says "Profile" and select it. Then it looks like you should see all of your friends in the list. Then select my name and then go to the "Course List" button. I would think that since I shared it that it would appear in the list, but I have no idea as I've never shared a course before.
Here's a picture of the track, it's basically just a big circle. Kind of boring, but I think the jump makes up for it.
yeah looks like the topology is all random, I can get the same shape as you but the raised track is not at the right jumpyness
Made one with 7 sections and managed to get a jumpy bit in there, doesnt seem as pronounced as yours though. Ive sent a friends request so I can have true jumpy chaos hope ya dont mind
