It feels great to know that we're gonna be getting new cars via DLC and i'll be paying anything to get new cars :sly:. As a BMW insider from one of the BMW blogs stated in celebration of revealing the new BMW 1 Series M Coupe.

It does not matter if you do not get an opportunity to drive this car in the real world.
If you can dream about it and own the Sony Playstation 3 , you can drive the car in the virtual world.
The 1M Coupe will be offered in the near future as a special download for Gran Turismo 5.

What this guy says is very very creditable. As he is always one of the very first if not the first to spread and confirm rumors that covers all the internet.

Upcoming cars list:
*BMW 1 Series M Coupe.
*Only God knows what PD is working on.

I feel like jumping like a kid but better be calm. Cheers guys

cool, good catch! I just hope we aren't getting a bunch of cars to drive the same tired events over and over again... I really hope they add events too! And if there are new tracks include them in the events also!!!

Now it's looking very promissing. Just expect anything from PD. Wondering When are they gonna stop working undercover

Hope they add a 2011 Ford Mustang GT and the GT500. And an Ariel Atom. And a....

Ford focus RS :) i would love to have the ST,RS and the WRC car in that game i love that car to death :P

Also praying for at least a couple tracks in this if its a pack.

yes!

I saw this a few days ago when someone posted about DLC. It's cool that DLC is coming, but hopefully PD makes all new DLC cars premium models.

For example, where is the Honda GT-500 HSV-010 Super GT race car at?

I doubt any profitable company would make DLC free. I mean some things will be free, but I predict a small fee of like a dollar a car and it goes straight into your garage.

I imagine that it'll be paid for by BMW as advertisement, much like the California was added to Prologue. I'd gladly pay, however. :dunce:

This better be the case. Who wants "standard" no interior pay-to-play downloads?

Definitely looking forward to this, nice to know car packs will be available. Hopefully they will have a track pack or something too!

I hope it goes to the dealership and you have to buy it. So that it's like a proper ADDON, not just a promo, although in that case it should cost no real money.

Either way, at least its good news for some dlc.

That better not be the case, because then I won't get my 20-year old E30 M3 and 10-year old E39 M5 like I asked for for Christmas.

Fair shout indeed. Sounds good to me! ^^

I was thinking while reading the op - but gt5p had free content updates, but you have explained it now :P
I hope they don't get too greedy when charging for DLC! :(

I hope that PD makes DLC with some new track like Spa and Silverstone because there is a lack of real-life tracks in this game!

^add Infineon and Motegi to that list that that'd be one hell of a track pack.

With the amount of content already included in this game I am not opposed to paid DLC. Especially if the car/track packs are particularly awesome.

Forget the 1 series M, what about the E30 M3?! One of the iconic BMWs, mentioned even in the GT5 museum, isn't even in the game. Make it happen PD!

I will pay whatever they want for more premium cars, dlc should be paid for with patches free. DLC they have to put loads of work in, it can't all be free!
