In multiplayer races, once the Race Results screen appears, the driver's picture (helmet and suit) of the first place finishing car appears at the bottom right of the screen along with 1st place graphic.

Kinda cool little thing. Has anyone noticed anything else new that wasn't in the patch notes?

It does the same thing when you host remote races on your ps3. The whole menu interface seems to run alot smoother and faster also. I also noticed my load times are even better than before. Might just be me though.

No, same here.

I don't know why but it seems that the tuning section looks different to me. Somehow the graphics are a little bit more in the center. Can't explain it just looks different.
 
The ''start race' green flag icon has been redone to be bright green with a new image, if that even counts as a change :P
 
There seems to be a small pile of subtle changes. I don't mind them. For 380 mb, this update was about what I expected. Small, little, some noticed; others not, changes.
 
some places of the menu(GT auto and used car lot(as well as online dealership)) seem to automatically exit when you press the O button. Before it would just direct the cursor to the in-menu exit button(yellow button) and then you had to press X.
 
Posted these on the other thread as well:

Don't know if it has been mentioned yet, but sort order has been corrected in the paint/items menu. So descending <--> ascending. This was something that was bugging me a lot and I'm glad they noticed and fixed it even if it's such a small thing.

PP has been added to the typical opponents list.

A lot of little things like this will go a long way towards making GT5 more fun.

Who wants to have 'OK?' dialogue boxes come up 43 times when buying and tuning a car you need? You want to hit the track.

I really appreciate that they are making little adjustments like this.
 
Any updates that make the UI less cumbersome are good as far as I am concerned. 👍 Looking forward to playing GT5 tonight. :)
 
There have been these stealth changes with almost every patch. Shadow fixes, UI improvements, lots of things do not get put in the change log for some reason.

Good to see there's more with this one!

Most likely because they don't want to admit that it was substandard to begin with and minor adjustments don't really need to be flagged.

I have yet to see an event with tripled prize money, though, unless they just meant the new set of seasonals? The Supercar seasonal and American Championship pay out the same as they did before... Shame, too, because I had a Pescarolo come up in the UCD and I was 1.1m short. If I'd found a well-paying race with tripled prize money I probably could have made that within four races!

Edit: oh, found them! The ones to the right of the Supercar seasonal have tripled rewards. Also I'm not sure if I just never noticed it but there's now a row of coloured dots at the bottom of the seasonal menu to show how many events there are and of what type. Wow, the Ferrari F1 seasonal gives 654,000 per race on the Eifel circuit, I wish I'd found this three races ago...

I just won all three seasonals and I noticed slightly improved framerate, lack of tearing and slightly better shadows!! they might have optimized a few things.
 
Upadated to 1.10, races in supercar seasonal event and surprise... my wheel, a GT3 Rs V2, in the middle of race started to turn by himself...before the update it was perfect, now after this update it doesn't work well anymore! someone had this issue with a Fanatec Gt3 Rs V2??? :(
 
Hi guys, did any of you noticed an improvement in Bob's lap times after the AI algorithm has improved? That'd be nice

I noticed a few changes in ui graphics, there's a paint bucket icon when getting a paint chip and the background of the tuning section seems slightly different to me..
 
AI seem MUCH faster now- and I'm not just saying that.

It ismuch faster, try grinding in Redbull "Like the Wind" and your car will "no longer necessarily" come in 1st as before ;)

I tweaked the autogrind a little this morning, still comes first, but after 5 laps, by less than 1s.

LOVE the New AI. Besides, new seasonals pay ridiculous 300CR / lap in some of the events.

The wall now reduces speed much much greater (tire rubbing)

I welcome these changes. And the Redbull cockpit view seems redesigned. I'm going to re-do the S-challenges to see if any change has been made in there.
 
Not sure if it was there before, but there's a slideshow button in the photo menu, plenty of slideshow options too.

I also noticed in replays, there is a "back to top" button which restarts the replay from the beginning.
 
Sounds for entering and exiting menus seem to have been reversed, confused me a couple times when I wanted to exit a dealership or practice and it sounds like I entered it.

Seems they put a little icon of the paint bucket in the message when you get a new paint chip after buying a car, don't remember seeing the bucket in the message before. *EDIT, has been mentioned*

That was added a couple updates ago.
 
Shuffle bug fixed. Used to kick spectators at end of race. Drivers can quit to lobby and not get kicked too.

I believe I have found one
After doing a lap on one of my custom tracks (which now supports 16 car grids BTW) in the F10 I noticed on the replay my drivers face was more visible through the visor
 
Not sure if it's just me... but I was doing a race on Suzuka today, and the track LOOKED different... It just seemed a little more alive as if tiny things had been added to it. Plus it took longer than normal to load first time so I am sure I'm not imagining it...

its possible they tweaked the lighting as i noticed similar on other tracks too
