On the road to platnuming GT5 before GT6 and I got a question

So I haven't done any of the endurance races minus the first two. My buddy says you don't have to do them on A-spec if you have already done them on B-spec (which I have), is that true???
I thought you had to do every race and get Gold on them for that one gold trophy. but he says since they are both the same exact races in A-spec and B-spec it doesn't matter if you do A-spec or not as long as you have gold'd B-spec.

If this is true platinuming this game might become a little bit more realistic to do this summer

Well on PS3 trophies it says
"You only need gold in every event (including championships) in A-Spec or B-Spec. Thanks to pkdwr (gtplanet.net) and PaulC2K for confirming.Doing golds in B-Spec means you won't have to drive any of the 24 Hour races yourself. "
