My Dual DFP cockpit.

Q: When you start the game with two DFP's, do they both auto-calibrate at the same time, or one after the other? I'm not sure if I'll ever get used to it - it always scares me! Turn on PS2, game loads, rRRrrrRRrr-kaCHUNK-rRRrrRRrrRR-rrRRrrRRrrRR-kaCHUNK - :scared:

Here is my current setup:
raceframepro4bv.jpg

It consists of the following parts:

1) BRD Race Frame Pro w/Cobra racing seat
2) Onkyo Surround Sound System
NOTE: Pic above includes my old Sony SSS (Surround Sound Setup)

Still waiting for the following Frex parts to arrive:
Shifter
handbrake
pedals
Frex Custom DFP
and last but not least...some Auroa Bass Shaker(s) w/AMP :-)

I'm pretty sure I posted this here earlier, but here's my setup. This entire monstrosity is in my dorm room but I somehow manage to keep my grades up :sly: , the seat was pulled from an old 3 series beamer and it's comfy as hell.

Wow vector, that's pretty ghetto looking. But, I think the setup my friend made for us to use is even more ghetto, a small stand with the wheel jammed between two boards on the sides.

Aren't those steering wheels too close? I would think some elbow bashing would happen.

Well, I dont have pictures yet, but i have a Yamaha reciever with a 2500 watt amp for my 4 12" subs and a 27" Sharp CVT screen, full Dolby Prologic II with 6.4 surround sound. I'm useing my Futon and a chair for right now, but I'm gonna pull the seat out of my brothers 1987 Nissan 300ZXT (Z31) cause I can... lol... but my tv may suck, but my system shakes not only the house, but the neiborhood, I hope to get you guys pictures soon. :)

These are ours.

In front there are three beamers, making it a real life
experience.

Im drifting my RSC round The Grand Canyon at the moment, and its taking the skin off my palms.

I wonder what amar212 drives with. (?When the g/f isnt around!?)

If you're not in the market for 'official' racing gloves...
then you can just simply find the nearest sporting-goods/outdoor retailer in your area and purchase either a pair of Baseball gloves, which I use as seen here

Heck, you could even get a pair of Golf gloves,
as seen here to do the same job and not wind up spending so much money!

When i get my Forza Sport racing seat in abuut 3 weeks i'll build my own :D omg im looking forward ti it :D love DFP :)

Man, you guys really go all out!!! LOL at the guy wearing the helmet :p

Wish I had a frame to put a steering wheel in etc. I've only ever had one steering wheel on the old PS1. Had no force feedback, was plastic and the pedals slid all over the floor lol.

First post so hi everyone :)
