It says that you’ve earned a number 1 racing number for the bike that you used to win the race/ championship.

Edit:
The screen allows you to accept, or to keep your previous racing number.

In the race options settings, what does the 'best line on/off' do?

I have not use this function yet, so I am not sure this is correct or not.

The translation is like this:

You can hang a special tag number.
Are you sure youwant to change the number from 41 to 1 ?

After choosing changeable number in the garage, but could not get this number.

My best guess is you already assign one of your Race Bike to No. 1,
so you can not assign this bike to No.1 again.

Try to use another number other than 1 to see whether it works or not.
And let us know the answer.

In the race options settings, what does the 'best line on/off' do?

As far as I know, I only found this works in License School. It showed the " best line" when this function is set to ON.
