I checked the list on Konami, found no difference, then i checked the programming. Thats where the error was, "2003 Alfa 147 GTA" and "2002 Alfa Romeo 156 GTA" had both id 1. So the missing car is

2002 Alfa Romeo 156 GTA

i'll fix it and upload a new version, thanks a lot for telling me about it!

Nope. Just run it on your PC, click "Randomize," and then take whatever track/car the program tells you to take.

After clicking "Download"
Click on "Download for free with FileFactory Basic"
and then "Click here to begin your download"
the download of er.zip should start
when it is done it is just to extract it to any folder and run the program.
