GMT is World Time and the basis of every world time zone which sets the time of day and is at the centre of the time zone map. GMT sets current time or official time around the globe. Most time changes are measured by GMT. Although GMT has been replaced by atomic time (UTC) it is still widely regarded as the correct time for every international time zone.
Huzzah, another track I'm none too comfortable with. I for one can't wait for GT5, because Prologue is full of tracks I've never been, or aren't now, fond of. But I do appreciate the work going in here, and without the weeks I'm not good at how else will I improve? Plus I like the Focus, so game on.
Again online event.. gotta pretune it in arcade then.
I think no splits will be coming from me before next weekend,
because arcade race splits won't be the same thing. (and I don't really think I'd remember them)
I might reveal my average splits done in arcade race while not gaining from slipstream,
just to give a hint how I'm doing.
like that track and like the car, i esp like the OLR that tie's in with this just like Daytona Road last time. Its so much better spending your time racing against other drivers and just having the odd session to get your hot lap. Thanks Sjaak having an enjoable OLR as well really is great 👍
It feels so good to line up against a load of Honda's in your lone Focus just to beat them all
first splits with a tune I picked up from GTP except for the gears. Played with different options but at the moment lowest weight is best rather than power. Had a go at trying to tune it with Final gear at max but settled for it around the 4.066 mark but can't remeber my final number. Will post tune when I've got the PS3 on next.
Great combo Sjaak 👍 this FR setup helps me enjoy the odd mountain track more than ever. Can't wait to see the full version of it in GT5 ...
Gave it a first go last night using stock setup which works fine to me. Feels like gearing-wise it's very important to have the 3rd just right in order to pull it thru the long righthander before the tunnel.
In OLR (great addition to the combo) I tried to find some GTP friends but sadly there were none. Came up 1st (5), 2nd (3) and again 2nd (3) which felt rather nice
First splits and new leaderboard coming up shortly.
Very sloppy 7 lap run. I setup the car nicely, getting in and out of turns it likes to get tight and slide the middle. Gears I think Ihave spot on too, but I will be experimenting.
slight improvement with time. i used the following setup but changed the gears and moved the weight to the lowest and power to +15 with tyres R1/R1. Not very good at tuning but its working at the moment.
Steven, did you try the tune that wotzit linked for us?
I used it with the posted gearing and made improvements quickly.
Seems a bit tight in the corners to me but I made no changes, yet.
Hey Darren, super-nice to have you back among us after quite a while 👍 you'd better do some serious hotlapping 'cos you don't belong in that division mate roll on WRS!
