This car has a roadster body style with a mid located engine powering the rear wheels.
The Renault Sport Spider's engine is a naturally aspirated petrol, 2 litre, double overhead camshaft 4 cylinder with 4 valves per cylinder. It produces 144 bhp (146 PS/107 kW) of power at 6000 rpm, and maximum torque of 185 N·m (136 lb·ft/18.9 kgm) at 4500 rpm.
A 5 speed manual transmission delivers the power to the driven wheels.
Having a stated weight at the kerb of 930 kg, the Renault Sport Spider manages the 0-100 km/h sprint in 6.50 seconds and the kilometre from standstill in 26.5 seconds.
Top quoted speed is 211 km/h or 131 mph, stated fuel consumption is 12.0/7.7/9.3 l/100km urban/extra-urban/combined, and carbon dioxide emissions are 219 g/km.

Just 11 likes? OMG! I remember to saw it a few times in real life when it was released. It was astonishing. In some countries, like mine, the windscreen was mandatory, but in some others, like France, it had a spoiler instead, that drives the wind flow over the passengers' head. Both versions are represented in the last picture. If someone at PD read this please, recreate the one without windscreen.
