To streamline the WRS administration process, all required replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Provisional" and will become "Official" once all posted replays have been verified. After 7 days, all drivers who fail to provide a requested replay will have their lap disqualified. (Beware: disqualification isn't taken lightly within the WRS.)

Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

Im happy with that, I managed to reach my target of a sub 2-min lap, took too much effort though. Still a little worried about my lap, but all the times I paused it, it's clean, just hope it is for who checks it So you never know Paul, you might even win this thing!

In hindsight, I should have quit on Wednesday, but spinning laps here is always a bit of a love/hate thing.

My lap was clean, the problem was when I turned my PS3 on I wasn't connected to PSN, and then I connected after I was already in the game. So where it says 'driver' it said 'John' instead of 'GTP_BanditKarter'. And I was struggling to get a clean lap to beat that one.

Thanks, great to see those T3s, I'm quite surprised mine was about as fast as the others at the top, but...wow Tim (WRP) that was a totally killer one, and you called it too!

And yes, come race on Wednesday definitely, it will be a cracker!

Great overall win Caine and congratz on the win in D2 oink. Congratz to all who submitted and let's hope they are all clean laps and nobody will have to spend hours with a microscope to verify them.

Could have been so much better had I ever figured out T2... The gear failure didn't really make much difference as I just couldn't seem to figure out where I was losing time in that sector. My submitted lap has an especially bad T2, where I lost at least 3 tenths off my better runs, but even my best T2 was a good 0.25 behind other D2 drivers and 0.5 behind the fastest splits posted. Weird, because that's one sector I'm usually pretty competitive.

Here is my replay. It should be a fairly quick check... I really didn't cut it that close. The entry to ascari is the closest, but won't take much work to see it's 100% clean.

PS> I took my pedals off the rig and blew them out with compressed air... I'll give them one last shot to see if I can participate in the race, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

It's really been some time since I did one of these time trials. I really do love this track though, so figured I'd come back to embarrass myself again

Cheers everyone, I'm still a little nervous about my lap though... a microscope will be needed at the first chicane But after the time I spent on this, I wasn't going to not submit. It was clean at all the points I paused it, so hoping I didn't miss a spot.

Quite frustrating watching it back. I new exactly where I was slow, and so many times I was faster than my ghost, just could never quite string it all together. Really wasn't using enough of the track...anyway, replay:

Edit: Only really close one was 1st chicane, but I had a very comprehensive look at it and am certain that it is clean, but by all means, I suggest when someone watches it just to check.

I'm sorry to report, Tim (Caine). I have checked the replay you submitted and it is in fact dirty in the first chicane.

Very close, but you didn't quite get the tail round far enough. These 2 shots are taken from the same freeze frame:

The front right is of course well into the green, the first image shows that your front left is fractionally in the green area, and the second image shows your back right tyre has also just crept into the green area, so you only have 1 tyre in contact with the legal part of the track. Really sorry mate.

Thanks Patrick... T1 was good, T3 was awesome and T2 was full of mistakes, but I'll take it.

My brake pedal has been working well after installing the Basher Brake Mod so can't wait to race this combo tomorrow night! I should have installed it when it first starting ghost braking so I could have cleaned up that lap a bit...

Watching it back, there are so many places where I lose time..it's kinda painful to watch. Just even right at the end at Parabolica probably lost 5 hundredths by over-steering just slightly.

In addition, well done Mamba, clean. Although, jesus were you close! The left hander in the 2nd Chicane...litterally mm's inside. Nonetheless, it was clean so 👍

Thanks for checking Paul, yeah it was close sorry I hope you didn't have to pause too many times. For that corner I figured that if I turn in using the sleeping policeman instead as the apex I would stay just in and also go faster there, so I kept using that turn in point. It's a pretty nice turn in point, too bad I couldn't get close to you. I tried though.
