Replay Checking:

  1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
  2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
  3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
  4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

Congratz everyone!

Replay shared. I feel bad for whoever checks mine as I used the worst livery I could find for the car lol.

Saw a few T2s of 27.7xx before my pedal went out (just with really crap T1s paired), but that was a fun combo! RMA'd my pedals this morning so I may not be in week 68, depends how fast Fanatec can turn it around.

I have a question though about the final right turn rumple strips and replay checking:

"Rumble strips with grass between track and rumble strips are not track."

I assumed the left strip touching the tarmac was valid, and the strip on the right was not because of the thin line of grass between the track/left strip and the right strip.

I stayed on only the left one in my runs (obviously slower), were the right strips valid track? I don't care results wise but just for future note (and checking replays as I noticed a few used the right strip) as I'm "new" I'd rather get this right in similar situations :P

I just saw your post and had to go check my lap at the end.. yep I failed for sure and never even spotted the grass inbetween the rumble strip :P ... my lap is 100% invalid please DQ me as required :embarrassed: and please accept my apologies for being a blind old fart :lol:👍

I wouldn't apologise I'd have to get out of the car with my reading glasses on to see grass there :lol: Will double check mine when I get home later.

Thanks mate! I honestly never saw any grass in that groove in the rumble strip until that photo was posted after the event :dunce: Not bad though its only my 2nd DQ in 16 years of wrs events 👎:ouch:

Looks like I'm in for #2 as well, same boat here... :( The wheel stays in slight contact with the left strip but I guess it would be considered sidewall.
 
That situation was the reason I had the rule, and I did get a clarifying question during the week.

Sorry for those who fell afoul of it.

For the rest, we will not REQUIRE replays for drivers not originally designated in the results.

But you are of course welcome to share if you choose.
