Cannot connect to the internet

I try to go to community and it says that i am not currently online but i am logged in

Back out the game and restart it. That usualy works for me if i sign in late or get connection drop outs.

Have you been connecting to the game ok up till now?
If not maybe its a connection problem due to not having the latest version of the update.

I made a new user and since the first time it will not connect

Does it still work on your old profile still?
