I am looking for a racing game to play on the computer in my room.I need a game that can run on windows 98 and preferably allows you to add downloaded cars.I am thinking about getting need for speed 3 but want to find out about other games first.any help would be appreciated.

Toca Race Driver 2 is good. You can't download cars, but you can download skins. There are some F1 games that you can get some pretty cool mods for.
