I need a reminder app for Windows 10 PC

Since Microsoft has gotten rid of the calendar app on Windows 10 and moved it to Outlook, I need some kind of app for work to remind me twice a week to do something. Everything I've found is dependent on you logging into your Outlook email to use it. Since this is my work PC I do not want to log into my personal email address. I just need a reminder on Friday and Monday afternoons at 4pm to do something but it needs to be on my desktop instead of something on my phone. Some other ones I've seen will let you set a daily reminder but it doesn't let you pick the days.

Microsoft To Do is great. Can be used standalone without an account or you can sync it between devices using a Microsoft account.
