Is 9.826 for an XJ13 a good time?

I'm completely new to drag racing, so I only have a very shallow understanding of tuning, and I don't really have a baseline for what my car should be able to do (especially since the car class guide doesn't mention the Jaguar XJ13 anywhere). I've somewhat broken it in so it has 700bhp, and I'm able to get up to 9.826s for the 1/4 mile on Route X. I don't suppose anyone can tell me if this is a decent time for the car (and relative to the 1/4 mile in general)?

Its ok for someone that just start it as you gain more experience they can run 9.6s.

This. The most I tinkered with mine was around 9.67x if I remember correctly. Out of the 20mil classics, the Ferrari p4 330 is the fastest at 9.4s, then the xj13, then the mark iv at 9.8s. The miura runs 9.9s but that's the 15mil one.
 
Finish braking it in that right there should get you into the 9.7s.
