Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new to GT and have no background in car mechanics.
Just read a few guides and decided to tune accordingly myself.
Here's the spec below, please help me check if got any tunes go wrong. Thank you:
PP 550
BHP 495
1169 kg
All weight reduction installed
Suspension:
Height -20/-10 (I thought AWD would be slight understeering, that's why lower front height)
Spring Rate 10/13 (lower front, higher rear to reduce understeering at entry & exit)
Extension 3/5
Compression 4/6 (firstly, compression I set higher than extension - so can absorb bumps (compression) & retain traction (suspension). secondly, front suspension I set lower than rear to reduce understeering & also to compensate stiff rear spring)
Anti-roll bars 2/6 (front soft to reduce understeering)
Camber 0/0 (I thought it would reduce straight line traction so didnt set)
Toe Angle -.10/0 (help oversteer & straight line stability. Also when cornering, outsides wheel plays major role so toe in could actually helps turn in?)
LSD:
Nil
Aero 0/5 (I dont set high rear coz might create front uplift => loose grip & understeer)
Brake Balance 8/3 (I set front higher to accomodate the amount of weight transferring forward during braking => all tyres can have same work)
Torque 25/75
And finally, why my PP always increase by 1 after each race? like 550 -> 551
Thank you for all of your time and sincere advise.
