Did a cleanup on all the numberplate backgrounds to remove soft edges and generally rework them nice. Added IMSA and WEC (I had them laying around...)
A few fonts may need mentioning. I use Bahnshrift for the STWs, ( except 94-5 - Helvetica Neue LT Pro font) BTCC1 for the.... BTCCs, Arial for Weathertech and Francois One for the WEC. (Francois One was free for personal use from 1001 fonts - the only one I could find that matched the 1s and 9s correctly) So for this to work correctly, you need them. If anyone knows of a better font for the WEC, let me know!
