This course started life as a tribute to a track I made with the GT5 Course Maker (well, technically, since that was the result of an update to the CM, it literally made it for me, but that's a different story), but somehow the altitudes decided to be the exact opposites of what the original was. A few hours and some trial-and-error later, the original version of Glendale Valley Raceway was born.
The original version was much slower and in some respects a lot less interesting. The final section was not exactly interesting and there was a hairpin at the "top left" corner of the track that didn't really add anything, not even a real opportunity to overtake.
The Revised Edition cuts straight from the S-bends to the long forest straight.
I should also note that although GT6 counts 24 corners on the track, I myself count it as 17, as most of them are just the same corner tightening/widening or not particularly cornery at all.
Recommended uses: Trackday, endurance
The long first corner as seen slightly after entry
"Straight" separating turns 1 and 2
Turns 2-3-4 (turn 2 largely unseen)

Turn 5-6, the first of the S-bends
Turn 7-8, 9 in the background. Not so noticeable is the slight drop in elevation right around the bottom of the image that may cause problems for unwary drivers.
Slight crest in the forest hiding a very fast left (T10 - Illuminati confirmed?)
Turn 11, the entry to the northern-most corner, turn 12 as seen ahead
Spectators always flock to turn 12. What follows is a fast left turn 13 and a long straight
A fast turn 14 is followed up by the chicane consisting of turns 15-16 and the final turn 17
The chicanes as seen from the exit
From here on out, it's flat to the finish line, with plenty of spectators on drivers' left
