Requirements:

• an original copy of NFS Carbon - Collector's Edition
• no-cd patched NFSC.EXE version 1.4
• NFSCO build 2737 and above

Installation: simply copy the NFSCO folder to the game root directory, overwrite the changes.

Q: Why does the mod have no custom wheel configuration?
A: Because NFSCO's modded files from the GLOBAL folder do not support any database editors like Binary, VltEd or OGVI.
