A small fix for the missing textures since the 14th October track config update.
No missing texture error at the loading screen and chimney smoke restored from resource found at github (
leBluem). I just cobbled it together.
Additionally I changed the red flashing light at the ambulance to blue, because that is more accurate.
The wrecker got a skin that resembles the tow trucks at the Ring and the ambulance is now from the german red cross.
PS: Added the Sabine-Schmitz-Kurve in the sections.ini.
Added flickering flame for balloons.
