this is an intrest check for an upcoming series that i wanna host...let me know what you think!!!
so here is the deal, it would be a 4 race mini season to determine who seeds where. with a 400M dash to have less of a chance of having a tie (due to the odd number of events) then from there we have people pair off against eachother according to seed. i.e. 1st qualifier will face last qualifier and so on and so forth, in the event of an odd number of competitors top qualifier will get a bye run.
THE CARS: any car you want with any mods you want.
THE CATCH: your total budget INCLUDING CAR must not exceed 100,000 credits.
RULES ON PRIZE CARS: prize cars will be allowed, but their value will be assumed as set by GTPlanet's ultimate prize car list. any that have no buy price on that list (i.e.the mini) will be valued at 4 times the sell price.
POINTS: there will be one point per person entered. i.e. if there are 10 competitors there will be a mazimum of 10 available points in the race 1st place recieving the full 10 and 10th place recieving one. points will accumulate THROUGH THE MINI SEASON ONLY!!! after that it is put into single elimination tournament style races.
the bracket style set up should end up with some interesting matchups as well as perhaps some serious upsets. the budget will keep it competitive, and you will have to put some thought on how to build your car. should be very interesting. if/when the series starts (pending interest and feedback from you guys) budget will be verified through PM. YOU MUST submit EXACTLY what you have done to the car, howmuch each mod cost, and price of the car. car washes, oil changes, and wheels need not be included in the total price (FREEBIE YAY!!!!!)
