History
Steele's mother was a prostitute. He was born a bastard, but given up by his mother to his father. He lived in the Ghetto of Chicago for the first 9 years of his life. His father was a alcoholic vietnam war vet who got into doing cocaine after the war. Once he had the new burden of a child, he was determined to get rehabilitated and give his son the best chance possible. This dream of his was cut short when he Steel Sr. was hit by an train a few short blocks from his home. He was walking home from his job as a scrapyard worker and his foot got caught in the tracks of the raised rail "L" tracks after thinking that walking on the raised tracks would be a shortcut. Steele Jr. was only 9 when this happened. His neighbor proceeded to take him under his wing and he soon became a drug dealer. By the age of 15, he accumulated was a full-fledged dealer. He had been in jail twice by this time, but didn't learn his lesson. A the age of 16, he overdosed on heroin. This experience opened his eyes and he decided to quit. He soon hopped on a train to San Andreas, leaving his Ill-Gotten gains with his mother, whom he rarely talked to. He did not want her to continue living the way she was. Armed with nothing but 2 grand, he was determined to start a new life in San Andreas.
He rented a home with an elderly woman named Abigail at the base of Mount Chiliad and got a job as a lumberjack. What Abigail didn't know was that Steele was soon getting back into the life. Some old friends from Chicago came to visit him. They dragged him into a bar in Los Santos and was son doing cocaine as much as he did before. During a cocaine trip, a Triad leader, in Los Santos for "buisness", approached him and offered him $10,000 to do in a Balla leader. He accepted. Steele drove in his brand new Stallion to pick up the sniper rifle when he was approached by a Balla gang. They offered him $25,000 to go back and do in the Triad leader. He naturally accepted and this became his life. Being a bounty hunter, he has made other bounty hunter enemies. His cabin was burned down and Abigail sleign. After a molotov cocktail was hurled through his new apartment window, he was forced to remain in a mobile base of operations. His beloved car was an obvious choice.
