Question on getting stock car weight back after weight reduction

Is this possible? I have a m3 csl with stage 3 weight reduction and my friend has a stock NSX Type R Concept. We both want to race it in 2 player mode with both cars being stock. Is it possible for me to get the stock weight back? Im thinking the answer is no. I do see that I can adjust the weight ballast but is that enough?

Thanks for the reply, so basically weight reduction is the only modification that I can't set back to default. correct?

In GT3 you couldn't undo port&polish and i think engine ballancing. i'm not sure about GT4.
 
Not possible but you could save it on another memory card then just buy a stock one. When your finished playing you can reload it. Or just copy to another memory card and just buy a new stock car.
 
in the main settings screen, the unremovable modifications that are installed are listed across the bottom on the screen. That includes weight reduction, chassis stiffening, chassis refreshing, @ port & polish.
 
I searched and couldn't find a solid answer for the NA version, but can you get back stock rims?
 
I'm sure they are for sale, but you'll have to remember which ones used to be on your car. :D
 
I dont think you can get it back to normal man, you have to win or buy that car again.

If you check on the Shop what weight it first was, just callculate how much ballst you need(calculate : *Stock* minus *now* = ballast) and there you go.
