Cars:
Any new Nissan/Infiniti or Honda/Acura (or Tuner Village if appropriate).
No classic, used, race, concept, or prize cars.


Tracks:
Any tracks

  • There will be two polls at the beginning of every week.(one for each manufacturer)
  • Each poll will have a top ten for that manufacturer.
  • The polls will last for five days. Then I will make a new poll with the two winners that will last for two days to decide the winner for that week.
  • You must post your final entry in red letters. Such as “Final Entry”
  • A preview image may be used, but it may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels.
  • You may have two honorable mentions if a preview image is not used.
  • You may change your Final Entry once. If if you do so, please edit your original entry make a new post linking to it.
  • Do not use an entry from a previous competition.
  • Only one entry may be submitted, and it must be uploaded using Imageshack and have the thumbnail picture.
  • Photoshop adjustments and filters:
    Crop, Resize
    Levels, Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation
    Blur/Sharpen filters or tools
    Clone Stamp Tool (for removing watermark)
    Photoshop may also be used to add a border, and text.
Deadline for week 12 is January 22nd.​

Cleared that up with 440, yep, it's a-okay :)
 
Just something to be totaly clear, the "legendary cars" we can buy directly from manufacturers (ex: the orange '79 Honda Civic or the '78 Nissan 280Z) are not allowed, right?
 
Wow, nice banners, although i think Toyota vs. Nissan works better.

I'll edit the first post to reflect it, but that's a no to "classics" as well.

Well, we were limited to race cars that time, but still... we've done Honda/Acura before too, and it means a lot to me since I won that one! ;)

BTW TF, I took your advice on the setup of the first post 👍

I used Honda when it was an option back in Week 1, and I used Toyota when it was up against Nissan. So this time, I'm taking a Nissan. Well, okay, two.

I like it Sej, but the blur looks a bit off and the car is too blurry for my taste. But the colour and composition? 👍
 
Thanks. I guess I've gone a bit too far in the cleanup of the car! :p I wouldve also liked that the centre point of the blur could be moved some more to the left, so the blur looks less off.

What do you think of it?
 
I think it's a pretty good shot, but the headlight should have been smoothed a little.
 
The only downside of winning, is not being able to enter the next week.:indiff:

But if I could, this would be the one. Possibly, in my eyes, the most beautiful, elegant, and downright best looking car in GT4, and on the earth for that matter!:) You have to see it full size too, because that little preview just does'nt let you see the full beauty of the Nismo Fairlady Z-Ztune. Although, I like the red ones better, but they are not available in GT4.
