I got the 2407WFP last week... I sold the 1907FP along with my Windows machine for $500 to some dude through Craigslist.

Dude. It's a 4:3 wallpaper on a widescreen monitor. You can't convince me that somebody doesn't have a widescreen version of that 'paper. Try dieselstation. They usually have widescreen and smallscreen ratios of every update, and since that Proto isn't that old I figure they have it as well.
 
GT4_Rule, here's rule #9 of Mac use: don't put applications on the desktop. Put them in the dock. This isn't Windoze. :irked:

That "something else" is probably the Vista sidebar with it's crap, the big dock, some big system skinner, and probably even more eye candy hidden somewhere.

You need an iMac with Vista that's Boot Camped.
 
Or at least to turn all that useless crap off and buy a keyboard with program launch buttons, like a G11 or something.
 
@Duck: Never tell me to get an iMac. Because I never will. The 87% is probably due to Windows Defender scanning in the background.
@Toronado: I do have a keyboard with program launch buttoms. And I use them.

 
can someone please resize or do what ever to make this fit my screen its 15.5'' across 13.25'' wide and 8.25'' tall.

Well how about that. Dieselstation deoesn't have widescreens of the Proto. Sorry about that, but at least you have your widescreen now.

2048x1536 like the thumbnail says. 1600x1200 feels too large for me. lol
 
Damn TS that is a nice background I love it......... even if it is a peugeot........but I will say this they can make one hell of a racecar just not a good road car.

Not really. The monitor sits about a foot back on my desk, so it isn't really up in my face or anything.
 
How do you like that huge CRT? I heard that they were great monitors, and a lot of photo editors still use the giant CRTs.
