Welcome to Week 10 of the Tourist Trophy Photo Mode Competition

This competition will run for approximately one week. Please submit your entry by Friday the 22nd of June, 2007

Theme: Exhausts

There are some pretty sweet looking cans on the bikes in TT so find one you like and get snapping!
It doesn't have to be a close up shot, but the pipes must be visible.

This week 2.0 rules are in effect so use them to your advantage to help clean up for a cool shot.
This is optional, shots with just brightness & contrast or even unedited are welcome.

Entry requirements
  • Only one entry may be submitted. It must be your own work. You may change this entry once. Please mark your Final entry as such.
  • You must post your entry as either an thumbnail, or as a preview linked to the full image.
  • Your Final Entry may be in standard 4:3 format or wide-screen 16:9 (press all four shoulder buttons in PhotoMode)
  • Previews should be a maximum of 400 pixels along the longest side (400 x 300 for regular 4:3 format or 400 x 225 for widescreen 16:9)
  • Please do not ask other members to choose your entry. Have confidence in your own skills and go with your favourite shot.

2.0 rules for Photoshop adjustments, tools, and filters
  • Crop
  • Resize
  • Levels
  • Brightness/Contrast
  • Hue/Saturation
  • Blur filters
  • Noise filters
  • Sharpen filters
  • Tools:
  • Type tool
  • Sharpen tool
  • Burn tool
  • Dodge Tool
  • Blur tool
  • Smudge tool
  • Clone Stamp Tool (for removing watermark)
  • No plug-ins for any of the above adjustments or filters are to be used]

So far so good! Im going to share one for this even though it wont be counted. Ive had a shot for this theme that needed the 2.0 touch. So it will be for fun.

Nice shot CF. I like atmosphere and the way you desaturated the background of the shot. 👍

which is why i went with the moriwaki cbr600rr. though it doesnt appear if the picture is that popular/liked :indiff:

Dont forget the 2stroke bike have some cool ones too.:sly:

Did you look at how cool the exhaust is on that bike? Its pretty unique and you cant really see it in your pic.
 
well, back to the camera. ive an idea of the picture i want but i cant get what i want and the in-game blur isnt helping either.

There's some very nice entries on this one, CF's so far the one I like the best. I love the 'dirty' look, almost underground.

But some great work from the rest of the guys here, some are really creative.

Great shot too! Is that Kenny Roberts? Love the focal spot thing and the detail of the chain and the 'Motul' sponsor on the bottom. 👍
