Initially built for the rough-and-tumble Opel Speedster Cup one-make series, this car originally was equipped with R3's and was packing over 315BHP. Obviously not going to be legal for TCV5 with that kind of set-up, it was de-tuned and made to work with S3 tires. It's a fairly responsive for a turbocharged car, though it lacks crispness at low revs (As most turbocharged cars do). Even with that small handicap, the car set a time that was only 1.2 seconds off of the best "Fully-Tuned" Lap...

DISCLAIMER: This is a relatively new tune, so it may have some "Bugs" in it...Please PM me to provide feedback and to help me and the boys at Bellomo Motorsports SPA make it better!

Yes it's back alright. We have four of these Jaguar bad boys at N-Tune HQ but we always end up coming back to this one. It's the Endurance Spec Jaguar from October last year but as anything it has matured and grown to what it is now. This isn't a Motegi Special, it has ditched the S1 tyres for some grippy S3 and the suspension has been slightly revised to allow for the extra grip. Another bonus is the 200mph+ gearbox from Black Project meaning it may not be the best for Motegi but you can take it anywhere else.

This car is a bit of an oddity; it doesn't seem to do that well around corners and makes no effort to hide the fact that it is a massive vehicle that weighs more than a fair bit.

Thing is, it's not massively fast down straights either due in no small part to the aerodynamics of this car... Yet it clocks times right with modern vehicles.

The reason? Simple, while it doesn't seem to do anything well at first glance, it is in fact going around those corners reasonably. And while the top speed on a given straight isn't very high for the power to weight ratio, the go between 40 and 100mph is hard to parallel.

Update, but do not forget.

At first glance this FD looks like a stock JDM S8 car with a massive GT-style wing hanging off the back and a set of BBS wheels... Until one notices it's very loud and is destroying corners as well as straights in a manner unattainable to any factory stock FD RX-7.

The actual ride height of the car is identical to a factory stock Spirit R, but that's where the similarities end. It's notably stiffer, there's a fairly aggressive (but not unfriendly to the street) alignment specification going on...

Not only is it leaps and bounds better than stock, it is leaps and bounds better than the run of the mill tuned FD as well; and now it's here to take down a certain NSX.

Initially built to be a modern-day succesor to the Renault 5 Turbo of the 80's , THIS Clio Renault Sport V6 24V ultimately mutated into a car MUCH faster than the "Official" Renault Clio Cup race cars. It's mainly set-up for tight, twisty tracks like Tsukuba and Motegi East at the moment, though our lead tester was able to win the El Capitan Clio Cup race with ease without any changes to the current set-up...Amazing considering that it's running on S3's, no?

This car i quite near and dear to us, especially to our Co-Owner/Lead Crew Chief/Secondary Tester MIKEY BE: It's the very first car that Bellomo Motorsports SPA ever attempted to tune to our liking. Brought out of moth-balls and tuned for TCv5's rules, this car may feel a little raw around it's edges to some, but to us it's a reminder of where we started and where we're going, as it's set-up was re-worked to make it quicker than ever...Even with 55Kgs of ballast weight added!

Bellomo Motorsports SPA's last entry for TCv5 is easily one of the more..."Eccentric" cars lounging around in the back of our garages. Built to win the Supercar Open series as well as to be a competent Track-Day car, our XJ220 was fitted with as many racing-spec parts as we could find: Racing Transmission, Racing Suspension, A fully customizable Limited-Slip Differential...Even a racing Wing and a set of Wheels "Borrowed" from an Ex-DTM Alfa Romeo 155!

However, don't let the asthetics of this Big Cat fool you: Though honing it to meet the demands of TCv5 has proven to be quite the challenge (As was trying our hardest to craft a set-up that got around that 160 Kgs of ballast weight!), it's the fastest out of all of our TCv5 cars, even though it's MUCH more suited to an open circut like Mid-Field Raceway or Grand Valley Speedway.

Notes:
Where the CSL is a lightweight with a subtle amount of power, this regular M3 took the high weight and high power approach. Just like its lightweight relative, this M3 went through numerous suspension, gearbox and LSD changes. The ending result is a ride that makes you wonder if this M3 really does weigh 1303kg. Power was increased, coupled with a gearbox set towards acceleration. The end result is a heavyweight car that goes like a middleweight. The wing may make the M3 look like a typical boy racer Beemer, but I assure you, you wont see a boy racer pull laptimes like this M3 can.

GME has decided to re-fry an original classic from our garage for TCv5 and put the chilli and cayenne pepper in there for extra spice this time. Dubbed the 'Super-Clubby Prototype', this is the R8 WP's grandfather and we turned this Aussie classic into a frankenstein to make sure it would stay under the power limit, it's really detuned compared to its full pack. :mischievous:

Starting off with our well known Clubsport suspension package, this gives the car an already improved feeling upon the stock SS's characteristics and has been proven in previous reviews as being a forgiving but rewarding package. Then we added HRT's V8 Supercar wing pack and turned the downforce up to the maximum for ultra handling performance. For extra straight line speed and the most grunt through the gears, I've added a supercharger and taken EVERYTHING else off. No oil, no exhaust, no chip, NOTHING but one big blower pumping oodles of boost into the LS1 motor. Power jumps up 95Kw on stock and over 250Nm of extra torque to make this a well balanced but powerful beast, capable of despatching supercars with ease and frying tyres when the need for fun arises.

The Super-Clubby, blown Aussie grunt at it's finest from GME.

Notes: This is, without doubt, the most enjoyable thing I’ve ever accomplished in this game. It’s not a beginners’ car, and in fact I had to give it to a better driver during the final stages of testing. My driver Dr James also made some slight adjustments to the gears, LSD and possibly other stuff, so he should get a (significant) part of the credit for this. He also got the laptime of 1:26.6xx.

This car approaches different corners in different ways. For a hairpin, brake hard and early, line it up, then smash the accelerator to get awesome exit speed. For the sweepers you can just glance at the car and it will turn. For the ‘esses’ I just coast and turn, but realise that these make up much of the lap time, so do them properly. My driver prefers to tap the brakes just before (and/or halfway through) the esses, so perhaps you should make your own judgement.

This is my first foray into the tuning circle and I’ve meticulously tested every part, so if you see a mistake I’d be very grateful if you could post or PM me with the problem.

Our policy on buying new cars has gone back to the way it always was (if we like it, we will buy it) but this Elise still remains. It was commissioned to be the best handling Elise without a wing and while I doubt it is the best handling Elise I believe it is head and shoulders above the standard car.

At the last second we pulled out the 200hp project motor and replaced it with the force fed 1ZZ-FE out of our MRS and placed it in the Elise, the transmission came with it. We took it to Motegi and it did the deed.

We would have been kicking ourselves if we hadn't entered this car.

Do you really think that Ford would just sit around while HSV ran around the block screaming "Everybody look, its Australia's first Supercar". No HSV, no it isn't. FPV beat you to the punch, but they couldn't be stuffed making it.

Enter Project Motegi, the engine remains intact from the original F427 but the suspension and the transmission have both received major overhauls to suit Motegi. FPV Pursuit, thats not even half of it. This is the way Aussie Supercars should be built.

Carrying the Bathurst moniker you can tell that this thing came from
downunder. PF and CamryFan have joined togther to create RX-7 Type R
Motegi. The suspension has been vastly modified and now rides lower and
harder then a standard RX-7. Power is around 370 horses but weight is
down nearly 300 kg. The final piece is the N-Tune derived 6 speed manual
gearbox, N-Tune happen to test on Motegi you know *sinister smile*

The storm is brewing, the clouds get dark, it can only mean one thing....the Class 5 Typhoon is coming down the pit straight at Motegi. A proven runner around multiple circuits with it's GME settings, for TCv5 I've chucked in a wing to give the car the maximum bite and speed around the corners without sacrificing much of it's already playful nature. Remember, you are dealing with 624hp of hardcore turbocharged Aussie six here so the tyres can be torn into shreds if you don't treat it with respect but it will go where you want and when you want it to.

Enjoy responsibly and review favourably. :D

--------------------------------------------------------------------

511hp (518PS), AWD, 6 gears, a bunch of downforce, and a tendency to crack the rear loose when properly provoked.

Of course, it is AWD so some understeer will show its ugly head if you try to drive it like a RWD... Point it, squeeze the throttle, and it'll do the shooting with acceleration so insane you'd swear it was behind Columbine with unflappable traction (unless you're in 1st. Or 2nd and already kinda sideways, at which point it will nuke some tires for you).

Aids: :yuck: (in other words, none).

After a long day of work, I was cruising past some rural farm fields when I saw a crop circle. Sure enough, I parked on the side of the road and found this car in the center, devoid of all paint. The charred flux capacitor was found a couple feet away, smoldering in the grass. Fortunately, the plutonium reactor and time circuits were mostly intact. Immediately, I knew what was to be done. After countless nights of labor fabricating suspension parts and fixing the electrical circuits, it was ready.

It was taken to Motegi East course, where I attempted to fire up the flux capacitor to no avail (apparently I'm not a nuclear physicist :dunce:). Even without warping time, it rocketed to a hot lap of 1'24.447. This futuristic car is no slouch on the track and is capable of drifting with harder tires equipped. Give credit to the amazing chassis design and the corresponding low weight. Colin Chapman would be proud.

Hopefully it's 50min early, and not 10 mins late :scared:
