Well some of you know him some of you don't but if you did you know, he was a great motorcycle builder and an even better person. He always had time for his fans. You were always invited to pop into his shop and be greeted by him. He was a great person. He was first into motorcycle stunts and featured in movies. He made the occasional appearance in the great biker build off, on the discovery channel, and made appearances on random jesse james shows. He was sadly Killed this august 30th while performing one of his famous stunts where he'd stand on his seat. Sadly while performing this, the bike went wobbly where he lost control and was thrown off the motorcycle. He succumed to his injuries. He was not wearing a helmet. :guilty: He, has this saying for not wearing a helmet during a stunt: He puts his life in the hands of god when he does stunts, if he dies then he knows it was meant to be. RIP to a great motorcycle builder and an even better person 1949-2004 Indian Larry. 👎:guilty:

I watched him on Motorcycle Mania on the Discovery channel once. He did the stand on the seat thing and I thought to myself, that it looked like an easy way to kill yourself. :indiff: RIP :guilty:

I'm really sorry but I'm watching "totally outragous behaviors" (like AFV) and hearing about the dog that shot the guy is really making it hard for me to be serious here aspecially when I hear...

He was not wearing a helmet.

Darwin won again. I don't care who you are, if you're stupid enough to be riding a motorcycle with no helmet on, you deserve it.

Yea, this happened a few weeks ago. Pretty sad day. Great builder.

and an even better person.

Wouldn't go that far! :p He did go to prison for bank robbery. But, you are right, he did always make time for his fans. Which, was an awesome thing.

No, he didn't deserve it, but he was asking for it.

Sorry to hear that. He was an interesting fellow.

wow, that sucks. his bikes are all vertically oblong and stuff though....i dont like them.

but, what can you do? oh well.

he should've had a fro. it might've saved him.

Never heard of him. I've heard of those Evil Canivile dudes though. 👍

Why do you post, then, if you don't know who the guy is? That kind of stuff is exactly what the moderator staff will be cracking down on from now on.

And Omnis, the edit button is a useful tool you might want to consider using from now on, for exactly the same reasons as cited above.

As sad as it is to see him go, I couldn't agree more with the Punk...

Riding without a helmet = idiot.

It is a sad thing the see a great builder pass on, but the life and legacy he leaves behind did touch a lot of people, his art was in great demand while he was with us, now that he is gone, his art will be coveted by all enthusiasts. The tragedy of being an artist....

Sad to hear, My parents mentioned somthing about that happening and the thought ran through my head that it was Indian Larry, but I figured it could have been anyone. :guilty: Sad to see him lose his life and great career over a stupid trick.

Hmm, not to sure. Don't watch the show. Sadly, he was killed, over a stupid stunt. The sad thing was that he was doing it infront of 8000 people at a motorcycle stunt. Before he dide, many of his fans were joking around and urging him to do some stunts. He died what he loved to do....Riding his motorcycle. :guilty:👍

I've heard of him and seen him on DiscoCh. He had something like 'putting his life in God's hands' tatooed on his neck...

God's hands just got tired I guess :(

How, about you don't post if you don't know who he is, not hating on ya pal :) but just giving ya advice 'cause the ''mods'' have started their crackdown. :grumpy:

WHO CARES ABOUT SOME OLD TATOOD SOB!

The dude sucks, his only hope was his wife who was like 20 and she only married him for his $ and she had huge that were gross as heck

Any person who goes standing on a fricken seat of a motorcycle while riding down the road should be killed cuz hes a dumbass

That was probably the most ignorant thread I've ever read.

Wanna B Redneck and ND4SPD, watch your languages. Consider yourselves warned.

Don't think a helmet would have mattered much here. Standing on the seat a fast moving motorcycle and falling off would usually mean death with or without the helmet. Just a stupid thing to do in any case.
