Hello everyone!

I've played GT5 since last year but I'm new in this community. Sometimes a question rounds my mind and I want to hear other opinions.
I love races with low power cars (let's say 150-170hp), they are very fun and I think the setup of the car is critical. But my question is, which do you think are the best cars less than 425PP?
For me, the best car I have tried is the Mazda Kubasi Concept... it is really really fun, easy to drive and fast. What do you think?:)

My personal choice is the 1970 Skyline GT-R. It dominates at 400pp and is only slightly hindered by it's small contact patch at 425.

1. It´s Kusabi xD

2.Road or race Cars ??

Race-Cars:
mmR Cup Car
Hond 800RSC Race Car
Lupo/Lupo Gti cup Car
Beetle Cup Car
Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 Rally Car
Nissan Bluebird SSS Rally Car

Road Cars:
FTO slightly tuned
Prelude "
Swift
Mini Cooper
Toyota FT 86 Concept (maybe it´s slightly higher in the pp-scale but that is an awsome drive even stock)
Isuzu Bellet 1600 GTR <-- love that little thing :D

Ok, Ive been trying the kusabi, the mini and the Swift in Trial Mountain (online) with 425PP and medium sport tyres:

Kusabi 1:39,3
Mini 1:39,6
Swift 1:44,5:confused:

I dont have the others cars, but my conclusion is that Kusabi and mini are really similar... is there any one else which can beat these cars?

I 2nd this one...i have a '70 GT-R HT 2000. Tune that suspension/LSD right and you won't be disappointed. Looks nice with the forward mounted mirrors too.

Ok, I'll try to try the Honda Civic R 08, the 1970 Skyline GT-R.

I alraedy tried the Elise, and with the RM modification I did similar times than with the kusabi. I don't know what happens without RM, but I suppose that it'll be like 2 seconds slower.

The Kusabi is an insane fast drive. You´ll probably won´t get a faster Car than that.
Yeah the Swift isn´t that fast but I like it :D

For the Race-Cars: It´s only fun if it is a Cup race (all drive the same Car) because you do have limited amount of power :D

@M3one:
Opel Speedster or the Vauxhal VX are also good choices.

From what i have experienced, under 450 pp nobody will join your room.

On one hand you're right and this is unfortunate because in my experience some of the best racing is at lower PP levels. On the other hand, it tends to keep out the riffraff that just want to crash and bang and tends to attract more respectful drivers. If you have enough patience to wait around for the room to start to fill up it's well worth it.

I do it this way, I open room's from 400-600pp usually labelled (CleanRacing 400-600pp). I start out at 500pp and raise in increments of 25pp each race until I reach 600, then back down to 400. Surprisingly most people stick around as it's usually pretty close racing and I try to keep any misbehaving out of my room's. The 1st 4 races 500-600 build up the roster, the revert back to 400-500 weed's out alot of the non serious drivers.
