Post reporting not working?

I just tried to report a multiple thread posting in the GT5 Course creator section and got a database error. I've also noticed that reporting posts takes quite a bit of time lately. Not sure if Jordan is aware of this issue, or if it's normal, but thought I would point it out.
 
I haven't gotten the error but I have noticed that it takes a while. Might be normal as you said.
 
I wasn't aware of this issue, but my suspicions of its cause have been mostly confirmed. There isn't a fix I can apply immediately but I will look into possible solutions. Thanks for the report.

What's the cause?
 
Recent changes I had to make to the way GTPlanet's forum software sends email is the cause of the problem.
 
I tried to report another post tonight and it loaded for so long that it timed out. I hit "retry" and it loaded the thread, but not sure if the report went through or not...
 
Yea I've also noticed this. I made a few reports about a month ago. It gave me an error twice. Finally on the 3rd attempt it went through. But it never was dealt with.
 
Well Jordan I sent a report on a thread a little bit ago, and it still seemed slow. I guess we'll have to wait a bit more, correct?
 
I just tried reporting a post, clicked 'Report' once and it was stuck loading for a while. I eventually got the message 'The forum requires you to wait 60 seconds between reporting posts. Please wait 46 seconds.'

I definitely only clicked once but I have no idea if any report ever went through!
