Dont be so sure, Bikes are very quick but if you (fairly) match them up to the cars they are racing and add some corners you could get a good race. I often get stuck behind bikers on a clear road in my car (they dont like it) as not many people have the skill or the bottle to ride a bike on the ragged edge. You also have the four tyres vs two on the road.
In response to the question, no! Because I wouldnt trust PD to get the physics right in comparison to the cars.
