I like the top photo more than the bottom. The color is a bit odd, but it works on the top one because of the trees.

Thanks, and this is what you need.
HDR(I) = High Dynamic Range (Imaging). And I create them in Photomatix, and then finish of the editing, remove the watermarks, etc in GIMP. And the images are over-saturated, so the colors may be perceived as a bit "off".
