Monaco isn't crap!

And yeah, right now. :D

Whatever. Anyway, will you shut up about your Monaco achievements if I, the "lazy penguin" or whatever, openly admit that you're just terribly fast there? :dopey:

Nothing special. Crap tracks generate crap results, might do better in Tsukuba as I'm only about 0.2 seconds off Dax's pace right now.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this car isn't optimal for our team.. even if carbonox is the one that complains about tail happy cars i'm the one that hurt the most from it :P

Im sure it was just the fact it's Monaco.

Me and you should be good at Tsukuba after JCSR. :D

I'll see if I can make next race. My family and I are close to move out of this apartment, therefore I'll probably be packing up my stuff in boxes :P

I don't like rallying particularly. Especially in GT5.

And Tsukuba is rather boring- too many hairpins. 👎

Monaco has two hairpins, loads of 90 degree corners, but that's not boring...

No because it has a mix of corners. The sector around the sea has a series of relatively fast corners, there is a sharp chicane, you have 3 hairpins, the last corner is a fast corner, the 2 corners after you go up the hill are different again.

Tsukuba has 3 hairpins and two other turns= Boring.

And don't you dare say Daytona is boring, as there it isn't about the corners, it's about the close racing and strategy. :)

Tsukuba is also about close racing though, it's a real touring car track.

I like it and it will generate amazing racing, just like last season.

Yes but at Tsukuba there is a much higher margin for error especially at the second hairpin than Daytona.

Also people have a habit of making dives inside of you at Tsukuba, especially if you aren't using ABS- can't brake and turn as effectively.

Noooo, noone dives at Tsukuba!

simple answer... Put ABS on!

Never. It's not slower, you just can't dive in on the brakes because the rear will lock. That's why Willie kept bashing my inside rear- He kept diving in on the brakes, but I got better exits.

Thought you might be interested in watching this...

This is FIA GT1, the other race series I host.

My presence at next weeks race is now in doubt. :(

My Grandparents might be visiting on the Saturday which would mean it would be most likely that I couldn't make the race.

I'll confirm when I get more information. 👍

Arrarrhrhahrharhhh..

Getting annoyed at the drop outs!

Go tell your Grandparents to occupy themselves for an hour or so whilst you race, or get them to be your race managers. Simple.

I'm just giving you a heads up, they may want to come on the Sunday at which point we have no problem.

I'm just saying there's a chance I won't make it. :)

Me and Willie were a lot closer than I'd anticipated. Only 13 (?) seconds which, considering your fastest lap was 1.3 seconds faster than mine, wasn't huge. I think you crashed a few times though. (?)

When Dax and I did the follow the leader game we could run low 51s to 50s.
When we started racing up 51s to 52.
And we spent a good 8 seconds bouncing off the wall.

As I thought- but Dax would have been even further ahead if he hadn't, I assume, made the mistakes that allowed you to catch him. :)

His pace was quick, I could only match it with 51.0s I spent to much time in the walls.

I could only do 1'51.6xx myself, but most of the time I was doing low 52s. :(

You did get a 50.9 on the last lap I think. 👍

My fastest lap was 1:51.8** and i am glad that i did not lost a lot of time, like i did in the last 2 races. Really getting to learn, how the car behaves now, and looking forward to one of my favorite tracks Tsukuba next week :)
