I think it is a stunt kite. I bet the guys in the background are controlling it. You can make those kites go up to something and stop on a dime and just hover there. There are videos on Youtube of such actions being performed. Forgot what the company name is though.

It's the guy in white beside the CPU Usage box. You can see the spools in his hands, and if you look closely you can just make out the strings running from the kite to him.

Lol, or it could also be France. :dopey: Last week I saw a picture of some jets spewing out red, white and blue smoke in the papers and it says they were French.

That's why I first thought it was the Red Arrows, but those planes don't look red to me. Also the source said it was the Italians... I really don't know the answer now haha
