Most of us have played GT5 for quite awhile now - and I'm sure some of you have a car or two around with several hundred wins on them.
Here's one of mine:

What car in your garage has the most wins? And why? Tell us all about your most winning stallion.

I don't think I have a single car with more than 20 wins to it's credit. Variety is the spice of life & all that...

I've loved driving that car since it took me by the throat in GT4. Any eligible race - and I'm game to take it on in that car. But I have many others well into their hundreds. Even my pink Caddy.

Still, it's not so much the amount of wins, Jay, as what car you have with the most amount of wins. What car would that be - even the one with twenty?

Impressive amount of wins you got there 👍
My probably most used car in races is my main GT-R '07 with about 50 wins, compared to that Ford up there it's not even worth mentioning that though. I got a Lamborghini Murciélago with about 600 changes, but I boosted that car by changing into and out of it for about 1.5 hours :p I think it actually has about 20 changes, I don't use it much any longer.

I'll have a look but is there any way to find your most winning car. Or is it a case of trolling through all your cars..

I'd have to look but I'm fairly sure none of my cars have anywhere near 100 wins. Of course many of the wins I get don't count but that still wouldn't get any of them there. If there was an "attempts" stat I'm sure I'd have several however. I'll often spend 3 or 4 hours to get 1 or 2 wins.

Kyle Bush NASCAR car: Many, many online wins from racing Daytona and Indy for the first year.
Bently Speed 8
2J

4 X1's that have WELL over 100 wins each..

Holy smokes! I have two of these and both are 0/0/0.

My most used with the most wins are the Toyota 88C, f2007 and Civic R (EK) '97 (? -standard one anyway). The Civic has around 40 wins only; the rest have less. I think the Zonda LM Race Car is next down the list.

Probably the only car that I've got over 100 wins is the X2010 S. Vettel.

Most of them are earned from the 'Like the Wind' Indy event. :D

@ OP - Im curious to what races you have been using this car for?

I have a mazda 787b with 9,501.1 miles and 125 wins. Never let bob drive this car and I did the 24hr Nurburgring enduro in this so I know that put alot of miles on it for only 1 win.

But 8,463.7 miles seems quite low for 404 wins. Averaging about 21miles per race?

I don't race in A-Spec anymore, and online wins don't count... so you could probably guess how much wins my cars have.

In all honesty, I probably have at least 100-200 on my Ford GT LM, my Ferrari Enzo, and my Toyota Minolta. All used for grinding. And my Pescarolo and Dodge Viper Concept probably have 50, both used to grind for the F10-2007s.

My Three B Spec mules have alot of wins - My B Spec drivers are pretty boring and used the same cars over and over.
R8 LMS (50 shades of Graphite Grey)
88C-V (Minolta)
Corvette ZR RM (Estonia)

Car I've used myself?
Tend to swap about alot, but Since I've done the seasonals I've a few cars that have had repeat uses to get lower and lower PP scores with them.

TVR Griffith with a good chunk more wins than anything else, Sort of the car I drop back to and thrash about for a couple more races. Only thing I've done to it is get it Tyres and put a restrictor plate on it. And put a few boxes of Blackpool Rock to ballast it a bit. - (Building an Ice Rink on the Old TVR factory - that's cool.)

Ferrari 330 P4 '67 & F40 '92. VW Golf VI R '10. Oh, and my red hot Midget!

My Midget has only 4 wins - but it was every race it entered.

Impressive amount of wins you got there 👍

Thanks. It was fun.

My ZR-1 (RM)= 416 wins

Good one. The RM ZR-1 blows; I think I got over 100 on mine. What races did you enter?

Check your most switched cars first - that might help narrow the search down.

Ryk

I remember, in GT4, being so addicted to the Griffiths - I'd buy every one that came along. It's a very versatile car, and a blast to drive.

I very rarely give my AI my 'personal' cars. They usually have their own.

I've not used this car for the 24 HR Enduros - that would quickly put 5000 miles on it. My usual modus operandi when I'm testing a new car is to drive it from the bottom up.
So - I get the car, then I head off right away to the Sunday Cup - doesn't matter if it was the Bentley or the Midget. The Spec II LM was a treat at Tsukuba - actually got up to 154 MPH on the backstretch; the gear changes are lightning fast (I drive manual). Then on to thrash the Clubmans - nothing special and a great warm-up. Then on to the Pro Series and the Muscle Car and Supercar C'Ships. The competition is left in the dust. On to the GT World C'Ships - the Viper tries to get antsy but is no match for this legend. Off to the Tuned Car C'Ships and it's basically driving through traffic. Then on to the MR Sports workout with the Miura - no chance for the rest of the field. Next is the GT AllStars - some excitement here from the C9 and the 2J but the GT leaves them squabbling in the dirt. A short interlude with some pretty cars, and sweet streets cruising to wins at the PD Cup. Then to the races I do most often with this car - Like the Wind and the American C'ships - the former for the thrill of winning against the Big Boys, the latter for credits and a bit of fun playing tag. Finally to the Dream Car Orgy - again which is no cakewalk, but not difficult at all. Of the Enduros, I get my fix in this car at the Laguna Seca 200 - I could drive that course endlessly, I like it so much. This car can win any race that it is permitted to enter. Of the races it can enter and win, Like the Wind is the best bet for some adrenaline.

I use ABS 1, TCS 1, and RH tires, with the paddle-shifters of a G27. This may not be my #1 Favourite car - but it's my workhorse car - it gets the job done when I want a win - I would say it's my most winning car.

My R35 Touring Car has most wins for me (only 56) but it's closely followed by my NSX-R.

Used the R35 for the early 650PP seasonals and the NSX is just one of my favourite cars. Has the RKM tune and it is a pleasure to drive. :-)

Veteran players will remember this car fondly - it as one of the most valuable cars to have early in the game - and could beat any race it could be entered in. If you have just picked up the game and working your way up A-Spec, then, yes, this could be one of your most winning cars. It was, for me. Like the Wind was a stroll in it. Dream Car C'ships, a breeze.

My "go to" car is the 787b, she never let's me down. Only up to 40-something wins though so I a little behind you guys

'Go-To Car' - This I can totally identify with. I remember back in the days of playing GT4 how enamoured I was with the 787B - in fact I have three of the stealth versions in my GT4 Save, and it's another of those cars I would endlessly drive around for no reason at all, except maybe the sheer comfortable feel of the car, and of course that awesome banshee wail that could curdle the blood of a vampire itself. If there was any excuse to take that car out.. . .

Yes, very much a 'Winning Car' for a huge number of players I would think; this is a car that instills confidence, and if you are ever permitted to enter it in a race, and have spent sufficient time dancing with her - she'll perform.
And give you the sweetest moan to race yor heart.

As for the 40+ wins - if they were all sufficiently long, and varied races - then that is a lot of wins for one car. I would think that any car hitting 50 wins and beyond, in any stable, is a car to keep one's eye on, because that is definitely a car that you go to when you are thinking of a win and you want that win.

For those players who don't play much A-Spec, but predominantly are online: you should try keeping a record, or at least estimating the wins on your cars - and this way you may have an idea of the tally. I'm sure there are Online players out there who probably have hundreds of wins in one particular car, but which total is not registered as a statistic anywhere.

Bentley Speed 8, anyone? Maximum wins?

Many players of GT4 only started to play the game two, sometimes three, years after the game was released. I would think it is the same with GT5; as many new players picking up the game, as players completing it and moving on to other games, at this point in time, and I have no doubt that many 'visitors' here, are new players browsing for information.
Welcome, then and don't hesitate to register, ask questions, make friends, and join leagues.
For those of you who may have reached the DTM Race - and are wondering what car to use to ace it - here's a suggestion: get yourself this car, and the DTM will be a walk in the park. Very stable, deceptively fast, and a joy to handle, the CLK Touring Car is easily one of the most winning cars in GT5.

I have 40+ wins and 2000 km + in my ford GT

Edit: the ford was premium but it wasn't a race car I think it was the '05 model

My car is the Mazda 787B. I have liked that car the best through the GT series, and I use it the most for the A-Spec Seasonal Event Online Challenge #4, Nurburgring. I easily kick ass against the BMW McLaren, and get a cool million credits every 6 minutes.

It isn't the fastest car, but I like the way it handles. I beats most cars at the same PP in a curvy setting, but not the long straits.

Honda Epson NSX.
Nearly 80 wins with this bad boy.

Photonrider, I'm shocked with how many wins you have. :boggled:
I'll probably never have that many, I can't stick to one car. I'm all about variety. 👍
