I've found that

will ship outside the UK, and with a non EU-based credit card used to make the purchase. I pre-ordered mine today (fearlessly assuming the NA version will be exactly the same as the UK) as I can't stand to wait any longer and all the discussion on here between the EU and NA release will drive me crazy. The site says 4-6 days delivery-that should get it here about 2 weeks before the NA release.

I'm gonna do the opossite, i live in europe and i'm gonna get the US version. I don't wanna miss out the Tuned FD's and IS-F.

I'll probably ebay the EU copy sometime after the NA version hits our shores. I didn't expect to have a PS3 already (ebay again) and, well, why wait?:)
