Sub-Zero, it's an awesome small car, which I'll always find immensely cool. It's a genuinely good car too, which adds to it's coolness factor. I know if they were sold in the states I would have easily gotten one over the Cooper.

It's a car that doesn't try to take itself to seriously and I have to imagine it's pretty fun to drive based on the rave reviews from the motoring press.

It's ok a small/compact car ,a nice rally car for tight tracks ,can't wait to drive one on GT5.

On a gut instinct i voted uncool. It looks neat, but it's not very powerful (even for a small car) or sold in the US.

I think he's confusing the Swift Sport with the Geo Metro. which had....approximately no power. and a triple.

Fair enough. The Metro was a Swift, sorta.

I think its cool. From what I've heard about it its a pretty nifty little car, something akin to the last true hot hatch of the classic sense. Like a Mini but without many of the more annoying things that the Mini brings to the table.

Somewhere closer to the 150s would have been nicer.

Why is it even necessary? It's a bloody compact car.

In the 70s and 80s, 120-130hp was good from a V8. In the early 90s, 130hp was most 3L V6s. So the thought of this thing being "underpowered" makes me laugh. Hard.

My RSX is a compact (subcompact in the US) and has about 155hp.

What do old, inefficient engines from the 70s and 80s have to do with anything?

Look, it's not even that much of an issue with the power. The real point is that i can never buy one, which makes me sad because the rest of Suzuki's fleet here is garbage.

Without a doubt, it deserves at least a COOL vote.

But, its not a FIAT Panda 100 HP.

The Suzuki Swift is way smaller than the RSX. The Swift is Mini-sized, but lighter.

Not by much though, about 20 inches shorter and 240 pounds lighter. It's definitely not the greatest comparison, but i just wanted to show another FF compact car with a better power/weight ratio that is still really easy and fun to drive. So i think the Swift can stand to gain a few horses from the factory. 👍

How can a car that does 0-100km/hr in over 9sec with the word "Sport" in the title be considered cool? It's borderlining a factory version of rice.

*Puts flame suit on, mmm, toasty already*.

Handling. The Mini Cooper has less than that, I think, or one of the Minis does. But they handle great, apparently.

The MINI Cooper, One, and First all have less horsepower than that, and yes they are all excellent handling cars.

I'm not basing my opinions on how it drives from GT5P, because then I wouldn't piss on it if it was on fire (probably because I set it on fire in the first place), but this is a sporty city runabout. It's target marget are on the go people who like their cars to be lively, and have enough pep to overtake a that annoying van man before the filter an an intersection. It won't be good on highways, and it isn't the fastest thing in the world, but it's the solution for those people who drive a swift because they live in the city. They think it's fun, and easy to drive, but almost all of them would think "gee - I wish this thing had a a bit more poke".

I give it a cool. It's fun, it doesn't draw attention to itself, and is probably dirt cheap to run.

Oh and Paulie - you can do MUCH worse than this for an unworthy sport car. I was waiting at the shops and a Chrysler Voyager that had been modified for wheelchairs (you know, those raised rear ends to house a retractable ramp) parked itself infront of me with the factory vinyal "Sport" written on both sides. I laughed so hard and the driver who got out didn't know what was wrong with me . True story, too.

Any car thats labeled "sport" yet has 120hp and would get destroyed at a stoplight by the minivan in the other lane gets a seriously uncool vote from me.

Sport doesn't not always mean fast straight line acceleration. No the Swift is not to fastest car off the line, but I have to imagine it's awesome in the bends.

I'm not so sure. I had a "sport" escort and it handled like crap.

It's supposed to be like a more affordable Cooper based on all the reviews I read, therefore it must handle decently well.
