Full screen ads when logged in, supposed to happen?

I've been having this issue where I'm getting full-screen ads when logged in... By full screen I mean I'm taken to an ad-exclusive page with a timer and the option of skipping the ad. I'm not 100% positive but I think this should only happen when you're lurking as a guest.

I did a search (albeit a quick one) and couldn't find anything related to this.

Yes, these ads will be seen by everyone (with the exception of Premium users, of course), even if you are logged into your account.

Has anyone seen the ad for the penny auction? It looks fun and very cheap.
