If I had the money
I know some people know of the Sultan of Michigan. If not, he has an amazing car collection and it's just 20 minutes from my house. My dad and I have known about it for awhile, but never knew how to get in. Well a few days ago while driving around we thought we'd check it out since we just an F430 driving around so maybe it was his. It wasn't, but out front was a Lingenfelter Camaro, Ken Lingenfelter is the Sultan, so we went in and asked if they had any tours. The receptionist told us yes, and it was this Saturday. I thought I had to share this opportunity and told Joey D who also came out. Enought talking now, pictures. I know Joey has more so just add them in here.

Ya I took like 400 pictures or something so I'm still attempting to sort them out.

Thanks again for giving me the heads up on the place, without a doubt better then any car show I've ever been too.
 
400, man I only took about 160. I was just amazed by all the cars.

No problem, I told some other people I know, but they couldn't make it. It's just to good to not tell people about.

Is it wrong that I think the best car he has in his collection is the Bricklin?

He does drive the cars, I've seen some of the on road.

:lol: no, I was all over the GTR and the Reventon and Veyron I looked at every once and a while.

Yep he drives them. I've seen a video of the Reventon and 959 driving out on the highway and the Veyron at a small gas station in town. Also the GTR was on Blizzak tires so it got some snow use.
 
I think the Ferraris & some of the rarer GM models are the only ones not driven. But as Joey & Nismo pointed out, he is seen driving most of the others.
 
I'll not comment on the obviously beautiful. So instead...

OMG that all black Bentley is just jaw-droppingly-beautiful.
 
I uploaded a video of a walk through of the garage, hopefully YouTube doesn't get their knickers in a twist because I put music with it. I just needed something to cover up the white noise and the stupid comments people were making.

 
This is great news that you finally got to see his collection. I have followed the 'Sultan' thread on Fchat for a while now and always been stunned by his cars. Your pics are both fantastic! Can't wait to look through them all once they've downloaded.

Yea, I heard some lady walk past me and say "I didn't see a Viper, did you?". It is odd though, but I'm sure he had one at some point in time.
 
The 8C and the sea foam green (no idea if that's what Chevy call the colour but it's what Fender do and that's good enough for me...) Corvette have to be my favourites, I think.

Nice collection. Quite unflattering lighting in there though, it doesn't do some of the cars many favours toward their shapes or colours. The Veyron in particular looks quite bland.
 
Yes the lighting sucked, it was a pain in the ass to get the white balance correct on the camera and even then I'm not real happy with it. Oh well that's what shooting in RAW's for :D.
 
Good, I thought I was doing something wrong since no matter what I changed I still didn't like it.
 
Yeah it's not your faults guys, the lighting is just quite harsh and does neither shiny reflective cars nor camera settings any favours at all.

I think John is "supposedly" his brother or cousin. I've never quite gotten a direct answer, just little clues.
