Nice work DriftTime. One issue,

"Quick tune is allow, however you can not change the ride height and the aerodynamic of the vehicle"

It's gonna be hard to tell who is adjusting and who isn't.

Hmm I had only one cheater while hosting TAC. I give everyone a fair chance, but it happened twice and after one warning :(

I don't mind, but remember. I can't check replays anymore because I sold my pspgo and may is gonna be a crucial month because of finals for my classes. I was suppose to help Glubags with TACS3 but I had a lot of things on my plate and I couldn't help him out. And I don't know if I can give it a 100 percent. :( Sorry.

Nice ! I'll try to give it a shot till may (I will be too busy on June and July), I love the JGTC cars ! However, I'am a huge fan of the TAC with the combo stock/race Glubags is hosting too (and hope he'll keep on + compete !) so I'll do my best to be present in both ! BTW, the tracks are all forward or you have some reverse (El capitan reverse is amazing !!!) ?

oh, all the tracks are forward

I think you missed out on one important rule. Types of tires.

...as well as the physics ('standard' or 'professional').

You might also want to seriously consider having all competitors upload their ghost replay file so anyone can watch it (to make sure all rules are followed). Some people will have the tendency to cheat if they think they can get away with it.

Hi guys ! Just a small "up" for this thread to remind you that these challenges will start soon !!! Time to get those engines started !!!

about those rules, only two tires are allowed to be off tarmac, are the rumble/ripple strips are part of the track ? We usually consider them to be off track but what about you ?

What about following The GTP_Registry Signup rules (thanks Shigegaki 👍) :
"
Race Specifics:

Green areas, including grass areas are not considered part of the track (see image examples below)
[...]

Standard Clean OLR Rules:

2 wheels on (or vertically in line with (when airborne)) the track at all times
rumble/ripple strips are part of the track
run-off areas are not part of the track
no contact with walls or objects, visible or invisible
if you're not 100% sure that your lap is clean, then consider it dirty
no hybrids
no cheating of any kind
nothing that goes against the spirit of the rules
save your ghost replay"

EDIT : BTW, I didn't check every car but I think you mean "Opel Astra Touring Car (Opel Team Phoenix) '00" (461 hp) not "Opel Calibra Touring Car '94" (427 hp)... Right ?

ok dude, i thought we were allowed to use ASM. No matter, i'm in, and the fun part is last week i got alll the cars i nedd for this cahllenge...i'm gona be in all classes. i don't think i've ever been more excited

Although when you look at the WRS registry rules and may think its pretty strict. Actually I like these rules, makes things a whole lot more interesting. I am still having trouble keeping up with the Div.1 and 2 guys in the WRS 74 event. F40 on Suzuka

DrifTime, please, this is very important : rumble/ripple strips are OR aren't part of the track ??? A lap with two tires on the grass and two on rumble/ripple strips is clean or not ??? Thank you ;)

Just a little suggestion, would be easier to have the leaderboards on the first post of your thread. Makes things easier for members to see who is leading and what not. Just my two cents.

Still doesn't matter, when I first started TACS1. A lot of people were either upset or disappointed that Professional Physics were only to be used. Lost a good chunk of drivers because of it, it's just better to have everything laid out in the OP.

My first attempt yielded a 2'08.944, set a dirty 2'08.523 too.

Running the CUSCO SUBARU ADVAN IMPREZA (JGTC) '03. This car frustrates me a little, but checking the car dealership cycles, I'm not getting any of the other cars anytime soon.

Where is the quick-tune option? I cannot find it anywhere for this car, is it un-tunable?

I assume we can submit as many times as we want before the end of the event?

-Spiran

I believe that the quick-tune option is only for drifting. I might be mistaken, I don't remember anything from GTPSP anymore.
