UPDATE:
You can now download my Logitech G27 CAD files (step format) from
https://www.facebook.com/93360Dzyn (Please like and share! ;))

Dimensionally accurate model for personal/not-for-profit use only.
Useful for sim racers and motorsport gamers who require a model of this popular gaming peripheral to plan and dimension their own racing cockpit/rig.
Model features include the same customizable components as the real life product (pedals, clamps, etc) and all hard mounting hole locations.
Each major assembly has been packaged to allow ease of use by minimizing component clutter.

OLD STUFF:
Hmm not sure if this is the best place to post this.. it's kinda steering wheel related?

Anyways so I decided to improve my CAD/drafting skills in Catia and thought a good and useful challenge would be to draw Logitech's G25 in 3D.

To see this G25 rendered with some of my prototype racing cockpit designs please visit my original thread here:

Let me know what you think and/or if anyone's willing to lend me their Logitech G27 or Fanatec Porsche wheels then maybe I can draw some of those as well :) I've now owned the G27 (hence the CAD model) and am a current owner of the Fanatec Porsche GT2 and ClubSport pedals :D

HEY!! can I put them in my Catia -racing rig? :p Or are you willing to e-mail the models at all?

Looks wonderful, and would complete my model perfectly!!

Good job, very professional!

Nice to see another one using Catia.

Wow, good work mate! 👍
I'd be interested in having the model data too if at all possible? :)

lol thanks guys, i'll consider sharing the model when i've drawn something even better ;)

So it's taken a while but I finally found the time to update my G25 model to a G27 and also a satisfactory file format to share my CAD models in a usable way without all the individual components cluttering up the screen.

Please see the updated first post for the download link and details, cheers!
