Please read and help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I had a ZR1 Vette that my friend wanted to trade his lamborghini for. When he went to gift it to me a message came up that said opperation failed. Now I didnt get the lambo and he doesnt have it either. Where did it go? Its like its lost. Please help I feel so bad for him right now.

So far there is no known way to get lost cars back other than quitting out of the game when you see the Upload Failed message. Which it sounds like it is already too late for that. Myself and many others feel your pain.
